The mission had gone horribly wrong. There was one KIA, John 'Soap' Mactavish. You had loved him, but never had the chance to tell him.

You heard the news over the comms in the middle of the mission. Needless to say, you got emotional and were unable to focus, so Price and Ghost pulled you aside.

Price slapped you again and again while trying to get you to listen to him. "Say it! I was on a mission, I heard the report, that's all I know."

"I was on a mission, I heard the report, that's all I know..." You choked out with teary eyes, your cheek red and throbbing. Ghost stood by, wanting to comfort you, but Price wouldn't allow him to.

"Again."
