it was a war, or rather the end of it, France signed a peace treaty with Prussia and also had to compensate for the damage caused to Prussia.....and here the two of them are sitting in Prussia’s office in the Berlin palace....and France reads the treaty and then takes up the pen and just wants to sign the contract and says dissatisfiedly "What are you looking at?"
