It was silent in the car, with three out of the four passengers, excluding the driver, fast asleep. But the peace wouldn’t last too long, for Nene at least. Feeling a sudden drop in her stomach, the greyish-green haired singer opened her eyes in a slight panic, only to realize it was a small rock they had driven over. Deadpanning at the false alarm, she leaned back and glanced in front of her. Emu was sleeping in the second row with her seatbelt off, which she was a bit concerned with, and Rui was unsurprisingly awake, reading some random book next to the energetic pink-haired girl— screwdriver in his hand as if something would suddenly go wrong with the two robots sitting in the trunk of the large limousine that was Emu’s brother’s car.
Nene sighed slightly, now completely awake, and stared at the blond sitting next to her. The usually loud guy was actually not snoring for once, his head leaning against the hand which was propping up his head. Proceeding to look back at Robo-nene’s little interface which always displayed the time, she gave the red and gold lion robot a look before noting down the time five in the morning in her head. Fourty minutes until they stopped at a high-up viewpoint overlooking the vast forests and mountains, bodies of water too— fourty minutes until Nene would see the first sunrise of the year with her best friends.
