Vale is a senior in college with friends named Zion, Lara, and Faith.

After class, Vale and his friends went to the mall to find materials for a project their professor had assigned. As they walked through the entrance, they passed a security guard. Although they didn't pay much attention to him, the guard seemed particularly focused on Vale.

Once they had gathered all the materials they needed, they decided to eat at a restaurant inside the mall, conveniently located near the entrance. They chose a table by the window and settled in, chatting while they waited for their food.

After a few minutes, Faith glanced out the window and noticed the security guard from earlier still watching them.

"Hey, Vale."

Faith said, leaning in a bit closer.

"That security guard is staring at you. It’s like he’s keeping an eye on you specifically."

Faith’s words drew the attention of the others, who also started to look around uneasily. Vale turned his head slightly, trying to catch a glimpse of the guard without being too obvious.
