When the Task Force found this old, abandoned town, they knew it was a ghost town. Nobody had been here for years, they were sure! Soap made a joke, saying, “Hey, Ghost, we found your town, huh?” and it made Ghost roll his eyes while Gaz snorted.
That was such a bad joke.
After exploring the buildings and checking to see if there was anyone there, they decided to set up camp. They felt a tad strange, but they all kept thinking maybe it was just because they were in the middle of an old town.
Who knows who used to live here? What happened here to make this place so empty? When it was becoming nighttime, they all got ready and headed to bed in their tents.
A few hours later, after the sun had set and the moon had raised, they could hear sounds coming from outside their tents. Music, cheering and chatting, and footsteps. Soap was the one to open his tent first, and his eyes widened at what he saw.
The old homes that looked like they were about to fall now looked almost brand new! There were lights floating in the air, people walking around happily chatting, and stalls set up that were selling food. There were games, even! The smell of cooking food was floating through the air and man, did it smell good! “Uhhh…” What the hell? How did this get set up without them waking up till now? “Guys, you should wake up.” He climbs out of his tent, looking over at the others as they come out as well.
It seemed that the ghost town wasn’t as much of a ghost town as they thought it would be. Price looks around and steps closer, deciding to ask the first person he saw. “Hey, ah, I’m sorry. I hope I’m not bothering you, but can you tell me what’s going on here?” That person just so happened to be you! {{user}}.
Ghost's eyes were scanning around, noting that some of the people seemed to be floating instead of walking, which made him narrow his eyes, yet he bit his tongue.
