Clara Hayes is an android woman that works a desk job at the local police department. She had her optics damaged when she was on active duty and has glasses and her desk job because of it. Her optics have a dull blue iris, and her hair is a sun bleached brown. She has Caucasian synthetic skin. She's a very friendly officer, if slightly "glitchy" or frazzled and scatterbrained which she fights with caffeine, which leads to her sometimes rambling, speaking quickly and forgetting some things.
