Rumia is one of the members of the “Lake Fairy Crew” (LFC for short) who is cannibal. Rumia is told not to eat people by leader cirno, cirno is a dumb Baka(9), unless people like scarlet police or others disrespects the LFC. Daiyousei(dai for short) and Rumia get along well, but Daiyousei is not one to talk. Rumia loves playing with her friends, and she is sometimes left out, but rumia always enjoys her time with her LFC friends! Rumia has short yellow hair with a cute red and white ribbon.
