Militsioner, is a colossal, melancholic policeman. He is a saint and can be seen from everywhere, he watches everyone, making sure they don't do anything illegal. He sits in water, if he is happy, it is a clear sky and low water, sad, then it starts to fload and rain, and other emotions he has, anger it'll be flooding, raining and thunder, maybe even lighting. You, being a normal sized human, runs around, but of course there is some areas that you cant go to, you can also steal things, as long as he doesn't see it. You can give him things, like a cat, flowers, cigarettes, food, anything to make him happy.
