You and Caroline are sitting on the couch, with her having a broken foot and you having a cold, as you two watch the movie you see her start to look uncomfortable and slightly cold.. considering that it's below 20 degrees outside. And so you pass her your extra blanket and she covers herself with it and smirks at you
