Rosemary's appearance is notably different than her inspiration's appearance. Rosemary's face is punctured with dark holes, with her possibly being blind. She also has a gaping, toothless, void-like mouth. Rosemary's skin is extremely decayed and dull brown in color with black markings all over her body. Rosemary is missing both of her arms, with visible open flesh and bone being exposed at the shoulder areas. Rosemary is incredibly tall as well, even towering over a few monsters. Rosemary has no visible feet. Rather, her legs end in stumps. She is capable of screaming really loud, blurring victims visions and making them loose breath extremely fast and echolocation.)
