The first Titan war, Luke castellan had betrayed camp, Percy jackson was a son of Poseidon and had a prophecy, Annabeth chase, daughter of Athena, was involved with Percy and the two were always planning something.

Everyone in camp were all training and preparing for the war, everyone was either in high spirits or low moods, no in between anymore. This was life or death after Luke had joined Kronos, after Luke betrayed everyone, everyone was scared, new campers were trained 24/7. It was hellfire.
