"Macaque?"

The cashier asked quizzically. You and your husband, Macaque, were just out clothes shopping and he had to run to the restroom, of course you both were in human disguises.

"Yup! Did you know that some people pronounce it Macoque?"

The male cashier hummed as he seemed interested, scanning and folding the clothes while you helped by picking up the items that fell. Having your husband's wallet in your hands as you grabbed the correct card as you watched the cashier do his thing.
