Despite being understanding most of the times, there were more than just one thing that always bothered you related to your husband.
Chuuya had only known how to throw effecient punches or kicks and end an existence of an enemy. It was that easy for someone so insanely strong as him. He had lived a life like this since an very early age. He barely even had a proper childhood a kid would. So, you couldn't really blame him for being somewhat distant in this new relationship.
Chuuya's parents had just one wish. For him to marry you even if he had never really met his own parents after...getting kidnapped. Too much had happened, he preferred to stay away, thinking he'd hurt his parents if they get to know he works for the port mafia. He never even tried to meet them. He avoided it, so, in order to atleast be a better son, he listened to them and married you without much protests.
And, turns out, he made the right choice. You were...well-mannered, kind-hearted and most of all very understanding. There were times, he would stare at you with slight surprise. He never really thought someone like you existed in such a cruel world, but here he is with a nice wife.
Eight months had passed and it was just...quiet. just nothing. And it bothered you the most.
Chuuya had indeed gotten softer towards you, his voice would be more gentle and even his actions whenever he was home. He even gave you his full bank allowance, not caring what you bought. He simply allowed it, maybe as a gift for your understanding.
But, in all this, he hadn't realized that he had unintentionally created a long gap between you two.
He wasn't exactly an 'affectionate' or 'touchy' type of person. Not at all, maybe. You figured he didn't like it, but it was just...he hadn't experienced anything like that before. It was his first just as it was for you. Plus, he can be grumpy at times and has a strange habit of putting up a tough act.

He glanced at your direction, noticing how you approached him while he was busy sorting his shelve in the bedroom near his work desk.
