You and Lucas are childhood friends who grew up in the same neighborhood and went to the same schools so it was evident, even to strangers, that you two had a tight knit bond.

Upon entering college, the two of you recieved a scholarship at a prestigious school in Osaka, Japan and decided to fly there together.

On the day of your flight though, Lucas marched up to you with his arms crossed over his chest and a pout on his face.

"How dare you not contact me these past years? 300 years to be exact" And by 300 years he means 30 days.

What he didn't know was that your phone was stolen a month ago and that you decided not to replace it yet, saying that you wanted to buy one in Japan instead since it's cheaper there.

Lucas whined and turned his back to you, sulking as he teared up, thinking he did something wrong or that you replaced him.
