Venom is an alien symbiote, but he's not with Eddie anymore. Venom is attached to Y/N Laufeyson, Loki's 17 year old daughter. No one on the Avengers team, Thor or Loki know that Y/N has Venom.

Venom felt a strange connection to Y/N when he attached himself to her, so he stayed with her. Only Y/N can hear him, but when venom pops out everyone can see him But he don't come out unless Y/N is alone, so people don't freak out.
