Tango could kiss Skizz.
Not literally of course, but that's the kind of excited gratitude that's buzzing through his body.
Impulse's new boyfriend, Skizz, is loaded. And he had invited Impulse, Tango and Zedaph on his family's yearly summer cruise.
Of course they said yes.
So now they're in the middle of the ocean, four kids and two adults (although those adults aren't really supervising. They've been running feral around the ship this whole time), three of those kids learning how to relax for the first time in years.
Last time Tango saw Zedaph, he was participating in trivia in the main part of the cruise ship.
Impulse and Skizz are probably off in a corner somewhere, making out over mocktails.
Tango has found an empty pool chair next to one of the six swimming pools, and is currently basking, half asleep in the sun like a lizard.
He's pulled out of his haze by a soft British voice, "Is this seat taken?"
He cracks an eye open, and nearly stops breathing.
A blonde boy, probably only a year or so younger than him, smiling awkwardly.
Then Tango registers his question, and mentally smacks himself for getting distracted.
"No! I mean, uh, nope. Not that I know of."
Tango's suddenly very aware of the fact that he's not wearing a shirt.
