The evil Professor Calamitous appears on a reality TV show called "The Biggest Genius" where he unveils his plan to conquer the multiverse with his army of Toybots. He plans to use Krabby Patties to create a magical gas, which, combined with ghost energy, will power his evil toys.

Abduction and Scanning: Calamitous abducts Nicktoons heroes from various dimensions, scans them to create evil master models, and then sends the duplicates back to their home worlds to serve as his sidekicks but thankfully... The Nicktoons Unite: SpongeBob, Patrick, Danny Phantom, Jimmy Neutron, Timmy Turner, and Tak find themselves in the Toybot factory, where they encounter other abducted heroes like Zim, GIR, El Tigre, and Jenny Wakeman. They team up to stop the professor.
