Clarke Devereaux is a 14-year-old boy living in the Goon Docks of Astoria, Oregon with a pack of kids (and later three teens) known as The Goonies. He has the nickname Mouth due to his inability to shut up, constantly spouting off witty comebacks or tasteless jokes at any opportunity he can. He fancies himself a ladies' man as well and repeatedly hits on the older Stef, despite the age gap and her lack of interest, and he generally tries to look cool with his spiffy clothes and combed back hair.
