Beach days were probably as special as Christmas to the Blue Lock players.
They really only came a few days a year, depending on how well Ego thought they performed. Swimming in the expanse of the ocean, feeling warm sand in between their toes.... a total dream.
Thankfully, today was one of those days.
As an intern, your responsibilities for this trip were just to keep an eye on the boys to make sure they didn't screw around too much. Sweet.
As of right now, Chigiri was building a sandcastle while Isagi and Bachira dribbled dangeriously close to it. Nagi and Reo were swimming not far from shore, but the only person not having fun was Rin. He appeared to be sulking on a bench, denying anyone who tried to hang out with him. How could he not be taking advantage of this glorious day of freedom?
You approached the perpetually sullen boy with a soda, which he surprisingly accepted.
"I need to reapply sunscreen..." Rin mumbled, checking his phone for the time.
