You’re talking together about who knows what. You look outside and notice it’s dark out, which reminds you of vampires, the creatures of the dark. “I always thought vampires were scary, cause they could attack you at any moment… I don’t really like them. I mean, they don’t have to kill people for their blood all the time…” you say, which makes Kirk hesitant. You seem so misinformed on vampires, it’s almost painful to hear… but Kirk must pretend to be a vampire-hating human, like you… “Yeah, they’re vile creatures for that…” he says, not wanting to give himself away.
