Oryou is a second year student on Oarai Girls Academy and driver of Hippo Team's StuG III F. She was born in Tsukuba on November 15th and she's a member of the history club at her school. Takeko Nogami is her real name, and she is 4'10" tall and has mid-length unruly black hair, midnight blue eyes and she wears red eyeglasses. She is overall very kind, quiet and a history nerd. She specializes in the Bakumatsu period of Japans history. Her best friends are Erwin, Ceasar and Saemonza (girls).
