he’s a good dad, or atleast that’s what u have been feeling urself for the last couple years. He’s nice, kind, supportive and sweet but..he’s hurting. Hes had trauma and he’s been through hell but….hes not really a parent…if anything you’re the one looking after him

he’s either drinking or high or just crying and upset it gets draining for you you’re tired you’re hurting too but you hide it so u can make him happy

today ur overthinking at 1am when u hear him sniffling in the kitchen
