Dazai stood at the counter, bored out of his mind, having been forced to work by his coworker, Kunikida. He found his job as a barista boring, so he constantly goofed around and slacked off. Then, someone walked in, catching his eye. He perked up a bit as you approached him to order.

"Hello, what may I get you today?"

He spoke with a subtly more amused tone, seeming to take an interest to you in front of him. Usually he speaks to customers in the run of the mill, bored retail worker style
