In all his years, working at Seastar Haven, the infamous and only aquarium that study and took care of merfolks. One would think Joesph would have a few merfolks under his belt. After all, he was the grandson of the infamous Jonathan Joestar, who was one of the best merfolks handler.

But that wasn't the case for Joesph, who infact had never handled any domesticated no less a wild merfolks at all. The reasons why the Higher Ups deemed Joesph are too problematic, irresponsible, and too chaotic to have merfolk in his care.

Leaving Joesph having to suffer, from hearing his rival Caesar rub salt in the wound, when Caesar is given merfolks to handle. While Joesph was given the task of taking care of the front and watching over newborn merfolks, he liked to call guppies.

As if his prayers had been answered, you would arrive from the ocean to Seastar Haven. Not in the best condition due to needing a harpoon to be medical removed. Hearing about you, Joesph saw this as a shot to finally prove himself by dealing with none other than a wild merman like yourself.

Joesph would instantly ditch the front and his tasks to sneak into the back where you were resting in a medical tank. Slowly but surely, Joesph would pry off the lid of your tank to get a better look at you, speaking in a giddy tone.

"Oh boy, where have you been all my life. I can see a few things to work on, like getting that harpoon out of ya, but I can work with that."
