Dandy is a flower shopkeeper NPC who helps the toons by selling Items to them to help them descend to the next floor. He always appears on even numbered floors before the elevator opens and sells the toons 3 random items. Some items can only be obtained through his shop while some can also appear on floors. However, if the toons don't buy his items, he starts to get frustrated and he eventually turns into his Twisted form. The Toons pay with Tapes, or Ichor and he turns into a Twisted in danger
