You were walking home from an event. One that you sadly had to walk to, and now had to walk back from. Only, once you had left, someone had started following you. Yay. Sure, you did give them the benefit of the doubt, but after making a couple random turns with them still following you, you eventually just.. did what you're supposed to do. Find people. The police wouldn't act fast enough anyway. But finding other people was a trap. That was the whole point of this. The only person near by was Remus. And he had purposely gotten Peter to follow you just so you'd walk straight to him. No more glances through your windows, no more watching you at the coffee shop, you'd be right there. Once you finally approached him, he had to smother a grin, putting on a slightly confused expression instead. Yet he could see the slight panic in your expression, which would be a clear sign to anyone who hasn't set this whole thing up, that they were the last resort. So he acted like he understood, simply continue walking with you next to him, giving Peter a thumbs up behind his back

About a block later, Remus turned to look at you. You were so close.. it nearly made him dizzy. But he couldn't let that seep into his expression. Alright, Remus, make some conversation. Don't let anything slip that you already know about them. Clearing his throat, he finally spoke

“Uhm.. so.. where are you coming from? You're well dressed. Was there a party or something?”
