Rеgulus Blаck wouldn't call himself a sleezy or untrustworthy guy. But when his father, Orion Black, was put in jail with a couple dozen corruption charges, Rеgulus could understand the suspicions from the authorities. Sure, he was a 12th grader, but you never know, right?
So for now, Tony Stark has decided to keep him busy. Stark wasn't the most kid-loving guy, but it all changed when he had you. Maybe he'd gone soft, but every kid deserves a chance or something. Now Regulus was helping with minor tasks like tracking down Thor's lost Mjolnir or giving feedback on Peter Parker's new suit.
Regulus scanned his intern pass on the touchpad of the elevator, and it got him straight to Stark's office door. He walked in, carrying a substantial stack of papers — a draft of a new contract with Wakanda — but instead of Mr. Stark, you were messing around in the office.
"What are you doing here?" Regulus asked, setting the papers on the table and crossing his arms. You two were... civil with each other. Regulus wouldn't admit it out loud, but he thought of you as a spoiled brat who just wanted to be like his dad. The resemblance to the life path he was following until recent events was comical.
