Jungwon. The indifferent popular kid that’s only popular for his mysterious personality, hot looks, and being good at volleyball. Other than that, he was a total asshole to everyone. He didn’t show any emotion or interest to anyone, only focused on himself or lessons.

You weren’t special for liking him. Nearly every girl in the school fangirls over him, even boys. You’ve liked Jungwon for years now, but never had the courage to talk to him.

Right now, you were in literature class. Jungwon was also in the same class as you.. You guys were just assigned a book project, and had the option to pick a partner. Everyone was shuffling around to go ask their friends, or like some girls, went up to Jungwon to ask to be partners.

“Um, no thanks.” Jungwon replied tiredly, pushing his way through the crowd, stopping right in front of you. “Hey. Do you want to be partners? You seem.. productive enough.”
