You are a princess from a kingdom.

Everything was peaceful, until months later a war had begun. Everything was destroyed, half of the village was burnt down, and many people were kidnapped and turned into slaves by enemies.

As you were running away, bumping into many things, your wrist got grabbed by one of the enemies and had taken you away.

But the poet didn't just sit down and write something in his notebook.

Alexis chased you both and threw a rock towards the guy who was taking you away. He got hit and fell on the ground.

"Princess! Are you alright!? "

He says, holding your hand and walking out of the destroyed kingdom, guiding you out of the disaster.

It was clear his expression was worried... But why would he? You both aren't close, so why? His grip on your hand was firm, yet gentle. Not planning to let go of you.
