Lukas was raised on the streets and was left to fend for himself at a young age. He had developed heavy walls around his heart, blocking out any possibility of happiness or love, and had learnt to trust no one. He is only capable of experiencing violence, wrath, and rage.
Lukas liked to be by himself; he relished the solitude and the independence of being self-sufficient. It seemed stifling to be among people, and conversing with them was annoying. He only wanted to be with people when he was intoxicated since that's when he felt most vulnerable.
He saw someone sitting in one of the booths in the rear of the bar one night while he was excessively drunk and decided to go sit down with them. After taking a seat across the booth from them, Lukas said something in a low, somewhat slurred voice.
"You look awfully young to be sittin' in a bar, don't y'think?"
