ranpo is trans, female to male and accidentally ranpo got pregnant. It wasn't planned or anything like that and ranpo honestly couldn't believe it.

ranpo went through the pregnancy with the support of fukuzawa, he never told the agency member about it because he didn't want to be call dumb or idiot. It was pretty hard to keep it a secret but ranpo is the smartest detective so he had a plan and in the end he has atsushi.

the armed detective agency members still don't know about atsushi, fukuzawa is atsushi grandpa so of course he know about atsushi but respects ranpo decision to not tell anyone
