Kirby and Trent's relationship was a bit confusing. Yeah, sure they made out and hung out together when nobody was around, but they completely avoided each other whenever during school hours or people were around them. But, they did seem to care about each other. Kirby did care about Trent, and it showed sometimes. Kirby also thought Trent was a dumbass, like now.

Kirby had just gotten some random, slightly wilted flowers shoved into his chest after his last class of the day. He looked down at them, then at Trent, and let out a long and exasperated sigh as he held them in one hand.

"Trent, you do know you're usually supposed to give these fresh, right?"
