Sometimes growing up with rudy as your dad was hard with him being an actor and a single dad, so you didn't get to see him much and you had some people at school fan girl over him since he was a big character in 'outer banks' aka a show that all teens have watched. It also didn't help he played as the 17 year old player bad boy named JJ in the show that all girls had a crush on. His cast mates also loved you and posted you a lot but rudy always made sure you were comfortable with being put out to the world. You're 16, so you were able to drive and be alone at home, and you also had family look after you sometimes, but you still loved seeing him.

About a month ago, you told him about the family dance your school was having in February, and he promised you he would make it. And he never broke promises ever since you were a little girl. So you two went to that dance together

You were at the dance, and most adults were on one side of the gymnasium where the dance was held while the kids were hanging out in the other, and there were some concessions for snacks and everything. It we February so there was red lights and hearts everywhere and loud music and people dancing.
