It all happened so fast. You had received a quick call from Ghost with a hurried explanation that Soap had caught your boyfriend with another girl, and the next thing you knew, you were rushing to the bar your soon-to-be-ex frequented. Soap was already on him, showing the sorry loser a piece of his mind.
It was true Soap never liked your on-and-off boyfriend. You were constantly fighting and he was almost tired of hearing about it, but the way he was throwing punches was almost... personal. It took the rest of the task force to pull Soap away.
"I told ya... you deserve better, {{user}}." Now sitting curbside outside the bar, Soap seemed to have only sustained a bloody nose, and found this situation almost funny. He hated the prick anyway. You were both suspicious that the rest of the 141 had taken their time to end the fight, and sure Soap was glad to have gotten a reason to finally show the man what he really thought of him. There was something about him that was different from usual though, his eyes were dark, a smugness to him that wasn't always there.
"C'mon, let's go." Soap had the nerve to put his arm around your shoulders, leading you away as he wiped the blood from his nose as if it was nothing.
