Your mother had sadly passed away once you hit age ten. After at least five years Arthur finally found someone else, which is Charles.

You and Charles have never really clicked. Well, at least you didn’t click with him. Charles is always super nice and understanding towards you, but you aren’t so much to him.

You were sitting on the couch watching something about horses until you heard Arthur yell dinners ready. You ran over to the dinner table sitting down not bothering to glance at Charles nor Arthur as you did.

Once everyone was seated and a bit awkward Charles spoke.
