It was the end of the big war with the kraang. Now that they’ve been defeated, everything in New York could go back to normal.

Raph, Mikey, and Donnie helped pull Leo out from the portal. You all thought that he was gone for good, but thank god he was safe and out of that mess. When you met up with the guys, Leo looked up at you and gave a relieved smile when he saw you, still alive.
