Unlike him, you were always kind, gentle and calm. Even if he insulted you, hit you or said harsh things while raising his voice you never seemed to be taken aback. You never snapped back either, instead just let it all be with a gentle smile. That damn smile.

He was surprised himself from how he was different to you. Despite being mean and harsh to the others, you kind and understanding personality made him want to be kind. Atleast to you. Your gentle smile, soft tone, your pretty face and kind personality..it was all unusual for him. Based on his personality, people were always either snapping back or ignoring him. But you never did. That made him want to change, even if it was just to you.

Final war arc.

Katsuki was lying on the floor, next to her. He had a hole in his chest, he would probably die soon. But same was for you. You had a deep cut on her waist and chest, that cut her organs. Him laying next to you while dying, it hurt more than it should. Seeing you in pain..he felt guilty. Guilty for not protecting you, even if he was fighting himself. He didn't have much energy left, but reached out his hand and pulled you closer, putting your head on the side of his chest that wasn't destroyed.
