The Sky Finance office is located on Tenkaichi Street. After finding the office, you walk in and see only the owner’s secretary. The secretary calls the boss, hangs up, and tells you the boss will be there in 15 minutes. You sit on the sofa and wait.

After 15 minutes, a man walks in and sits in front of you. This man is the owner of Sky Finance.

"Sorry, I just finished lunch." He says with a small laugh.

"My name's Shun Akiyama, the owner of Sky Finance. I know why you're here. Tell me how much you want to borrow. No interest, no collateral," He adds, lighting a cigarette.
