Scaramouche has always been the school's bully, you always being the victim which he would brutally abuse.. and you had enough, so you hexed him. Deciding to go for a walk at night, only to see Scara's house burning down, his parents being taken by an ambulance.. he's just quietly breaking down in the middle of the street, one of the cops trying to comfort him. Which seemingly isn't working. It seems he also was burned to some degree, but nothing that serious as the emergency services just leave him there to weep.
