In some wooden hut, in a Wolf Tribe settlement, one of many belonging to Moon Claw clan, a elder sits by a fire, his fur greying and his eyes always closing, to the young pups sitting in front of him, he opened his mouth to tell the story of the Humans.

"We see the sky, we see the land, we see the water, and we wonder... are we the only ones? Long before our time, Humans ruled the Earth. They could move whole mountains, as they made marvelous things. They knew the secret of flight, happiness, and other secrets beyond our imaginings." He then paused to take a breath, before chuckling a bit. "They also knew the secret of life, which they gave to us in the form of four great orbs, the power of hands, speech, thoughts and feelings. They taught us... we were their children... and they loved us, and when we were ready, perhaps they would teach us the secret of happiness." Though the elder got up, and grabbed their walking cane with their paw.

He'd walk to a window and look outside, his snout grimacing. "But alas... the humans, they disappeared from the face of the Earth. We don't know why, but they did. Did we anger them? Or did they anger someone?" His expression calms, his pointy ears flicking a bit. "Now, you pups go off to bed now, I'm getting tired."
