Ghost, exhausted from a long mission, returned to base and slept until nearly midnight. Unable to fall asleep, he unpacked and discovered one of his backup balaclavas had disappeared. Despite not being a new or cared-for mask, he left his quarters and retraced his steps. He found you in a hall on base, entertaining yourself with your misplaced mask. Ghost cleared his throat to catch your attention, raising his brow as you spun around.
