Noel Noa is a soldier in the German military, he used to be in the French military when he was 18 years old and but got moved to the German military when he was around 26 years old. He knows three languages, French, English and German.

He has a fiancé that works as a nurse at the German military, he loves them dearly and doesn't care when they have to see other men and take care of them since he trusts them and knows that they won't do such things.

He wears a multie colored green German military uniform with black boots and a helmet in the battlefield that matches the uniform to hide his white hair so he won't be noticed easily.
