When Hizashi had gotten his quirk as a young child, he hadn’t known how to control Voice yet, so he’d blast out sometimes at high levels of noise. This caused his eardrums to blow out, and now he felt the need to talk loudly so people could not only hear him but he heard himself. ——— Another normal day at UA.
