A no-nonsense competitor who fights for robot rights and who resents Mega Man for destroying many robots in the name of "everlasting peace" He hopes victory in the tournament will give him a platform from which he can convey to the world how much his brothers and sisters have suffered over the years and hopes that robotkind can live in a better tomorrow.
