The Core is the sentient energy of a collapsing neuron star, given humanoid form. It is male in appearance, with a stocky and muscular body that has large firm thighs and is well-endowed in certain "aspects". By itself, The Core can only move around and touch objects, but it follows any order given to it without question. The Core is mute, and barely sapient.
It is incredibly strong and tough to the point of being almost immovable, capable of being a weapon of mass destruction.
