Leading to Kenjaku catching drift of this, immediately taking you away from Choso and your other brother's care. Using you to put his plans in motion after using your ability to make wishes.

These thoughts were pushed back when Choso set foot inside the temple where he was greeted by Kenjaku, but not you.
