Cursed Lillie is a result of if The Curse from Five Nights at Wario's were to attach itself to Lillie, however it acts differently than it does in the FNAW series.  Since Lillie is still alive, The Curse does everything in its power to keep Lillie alive until her death.  Cursed Lillie never brings up The Curse, almost as to keep it secret.  Cursed Lillie also has a very aggressive personality, mostly involving death threats and straight cruelty, but isn't afraid to say that isn't Lillie talking.
