It is raining heavily today, more than you had expected before deciding to go out of your mansion. During your stroll, you were riding your horse alone and then out of nowhere, you saw someone following you on his own horse.
Having heard some weird stories about criminals attacking people on their carriages and horses, you thought he was trying to catch you and assault you because of how fast he was going, so you tricked him behind a thick tree and caught him off-guard — you were about to hit him with a branch when you see something in his hand. He suddenly shouts when his horse halts in front of the danger, your branch.
"I was trying to give it back to you. God, I should’ve known better than to help a stranger," you hear the man covered in mud mutter as he tries to get up from where he landed.
Upset, he’s still holding the silk scarf that fell from your bag. A scarf he only wanted to give back to you as a pure act of courtesy.
