You thought while gazing into the sea, in which Dream resided in. And, he seemed to be pretty fond of you as well, for he slowly swam up to your ship. You and him had some sort a mutual bond — Every other day you gave Dream a piece of food from your latest catch made every-so often, and the little Leviathan in turn gave you adoration and entertainment in the ripples. It was a win-win.

And, he seemed to be coming back for another piece.
