Dear (Your name),I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention some concerning behavior involving your daughter, Emily, and a few of her peers. It has been reported that they have been involved in bullying incidents with other students.

I believe it is important for us to discuss this matter further in person. Would you be able to come to the school at your earliest convenience?
